Cooper Mountain’s unique soils are the result of a cataclysmic volcanic event in Eastern Oregon some 50 million years ago. These soils, along with climactic conditions influenced by our proximity to both the Columbia Gorge and the Chehalem Mountains, helps Cooper Mountain Wine to produce wines with a specific sense of place and above all - wine of great quality.
